Requests may be mailed or faxed to Thompson Prometric and should include the following information:

• Full name under which you were enrolled at time of attendance
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Name of school (TMW or KAHS) and year of graduation or last date of attendance
• A daytime telephone number
• Address where transcript/record should be mailed to
• You must sign the request letter because of the Privacy Act

Transcript requests may also be faxed to Thomson Prometric: (609) 895-5026.

If it takes more than 10-12 working days to receive a transcript, you may call DoDEA Records Center at (706) 545-8246/4785 to inquire into the status of a request.

 

NOTICE: Does anyone know a Gentleman named "Dusty Eaton"? We need to get in touch with Dusty Eaton's mother, Natalie? Rosalie wants to know. She also wants to know how he died and when. 1975 Nellie Mills - I am looking for any of the Al-Mudhafs. Their dad was the ambassador from Kuwait. Mona was class of 74, May-75, Nadia-76, and Nalah-77 (I know I am right about Mona and May's class, not so sure of Nadia and Nalah and there may have been one more as well...I'm not looking at my yearbook). I particularly want to get in touch with Mona. Mike Flanagan ('76) is trying to locate David Wade, class of '75, but he left Morocco in '73, when Mike did. Mike believes he went to New York.
